myAlps is a suite of services for schools and colleges. It includes the myAlps Data Exchange, which allows you to access electronic versions of your Alps reports. Schools or colleges who are new to Alps (or who have not previously used myAlps) can follow the instructions below to register. Existing myAlps users can login here.

Next steps for schools and colleges that have not yet registered

1. Activate your school or college’s myAlps Data Exchange account

a) Letters with activation codes are posted out to headteachers/principals along with your Alps reports. You will need a physical copy of your activation letter to set up myAlps. To request a replacement activation code letter, please contact our office.

b) Follow the instructions in the letter to activate your school or college’s myAlps Data Exchange account. Please click here if you have your activation letter in front of you.

By activating your school or college’s myAlps Data Exchange account your nominated myAlps Administrator will be able to:

  • Submit data to Alps securely via myAlps Data Exchange
  • Have access to your Alps reports as soon as they are processed
  • Add additional users and set their permissions

If you are unable to find the letter that was sent to your school or college, please email [email protected] to request a replacement. As the activation letter contains your unique code, we can only post it to your headteacher/principal, who then nominates your school or college’s myAlps Administrator.

2. Register yourself on myAlps

We recommend that you activate your school or college’s myAlps Data Exchange account before you create any personal myAlps logins (see above).

You can register personally for myAlps at any time, but you will not be able to access your school or college’s reports and data portal until your school or college has activated their myAlps Data Exchange account and your school or college’s nominated myAlps Administrator has given you linked access. Once activated, your myAlps Administrator can add further users and manage the users on your account – please see our frequently asked questions for further information.

What is myAlps Data Exchange?

myAlps Data Exchange is a free service for all Alps schools and colleges. It offers a simple and convenient place to securely upload your data and download your reports, as well as other Alps materials. Once you have activated your myAlps Data Exchange account you will be notified by email as soon as your Alps reports have been processed and you will then be able to securely download them straight away – no need to wait for them in the post!
